Noon by Noor Resort 2013
Recently luxury women’s brand Noon By Noor released their resort 2013 line as a nostalgic recollection of an era where ladylike silhouettes were prominent and gave them a touch of modern day elegance. With styles and designs that represented the best of traditional style and combining with more modern cuts and detailing, the resort line was something of true beauty. With a color palette in tribute to the designer’s homeland, it fit in flawlessly with the collection where the muted tones of pink and red were offset with rich whites, creams and ivories.
Noon by Noor’s collection included intricate patchwork of brocade and crystal embellishments, which further accentuated opulence, and the richness of the “barely-there” fabrics, which ranged from luxurious silks, jersey, organza and chiffon. With an appearance of sequin detailing in some of the pieces, it was done in white and silver as a means of adorning the shorts, harem pants and the delicate blazer which was presented.
As a whole the collection was beautiful and a true testament to the designer’s sense of skill and fashion design providing the viewers with a sense of exquisite tailoring with pristine lightness and transcended eras to achieve seemingly timeless femininity.
