Speak to the World with What You Wear
You can tell a lot about a woman by how she dresses, what she wears, and what you can find in her wardrobe. Some women wear their clothes, and others have their clothes wear them. However, we don’t think that clothes should ever wear a woman, that a woman’s wardrobe should ever define her. We believe that they should wear their clothes, and they should define their style. There is something special about a woman who knows exactly what to wear, exactly how to wear it, and is comfortable with herself and her style. We also believe there is something special about the moment a woman is able to find that perfect outfit that captures her feelings at that very moment.
When presented with the Levi’s Fall Collection for women, it was quite evident that they felt exactly the same way. It just seemed so clear that they were offering clothing and garments that would speak to women, and allow women to speak about themselves to the world when wearing their clothing.
By creating garments that are tasteful, classic, and feminine, the Levi’s Fall Collection for women also leaves room for interpretation for those who choose to wear it: allowing the wearer to make each piece their own, and to make it part of their personal style.
Including well crafted and beautiful dresses as well as an innovative collection of jeans care of the “Levi’s Curve ID System” and classically shaped tops, it showed that Levi’s not only wanted to create clothing, but wanted to create pieces that would allow each woman to define their own beauty.
After seeing this collection, I wanted to know about the styling choices, and the fashion choices made and Sonya Easterbrook, Levi’s Fashion Expert was kind enough to share with me again:
“The overall style of the women’s collection is classic and refined with a clean, sharp aesthetic and pronounced femininity. For the ladies we are all about the Skinny Boot; a modern take on the traditional boot cut with a tapered, super skinny silhouette that kicks out at the ankle to create a sexy legs for days, feminine tailored look. On top the girls will be layering too, juxtaposing feminine tops with more structured tailored pieces. Colour and patterned denim is also on trend right now.“
Ultimately, I think that Levi’s has knocked it out of the park with this collection because it provides not only great clothes, great style, and great quality, but provides women with the ability to make their own style choices and make their own style breakthroughs; all on their own terms, in trendy, feminine Levi’s pieces.
