Perez’s One Night Stand
This year’s Much Music Video Awards was only one of many events taking place in the city that weekend as actors, artists, musicians and celebrities filled the city for the weekend of gifting lounges, dinner parties, and, club hosted after parties.
This year I was lucky enough to be invited to the Perez Hilton annual “One Night in Toronto” which was hosted at the modern Club XS located in the heart of the downtown core.

Many celebrities, most of which who are also Hilton’s friends not only made appearances, but many performed at the sold out night.
Guests were treated to appearances by the likes of Nelly Furtado, Katy Perry, Darren Criss, Raekwon, Nerverest, as well as Kreesha Turner and were delighted by the performances by such talented artists as My Name is Kay, DJ Jeffrey, Carly Rae Jepson, Anjulie and Dragonette.

The night was not just all about the glitz and glam of a Hollywood afterparty seeing as money raised was going to sponsor Canadian music foundation MusiCounts. With proceeds in the amount of $10 000 raised, the night was not only one of fun and excitement, but was one that truly was beneficial for charity MusiCounts.
